Refund & Service Policy

Thank you for choosing HER Soul Wellness. We strive to create a supportive, structured, and faith-centered environment for women navigating life transitions. To ensure clarity and fairness, the following policies apply to all coaching, training, and digital services.

1. Coaching Services (In-Person & Online)

All coaching services are non-refundable

Sessions are non-transferable between service types but may be transferred to another individual with prior written approval.

All sessions must be used within the agreed-upon contract period or prior to the service expiration date, whichever comes first.

Missed appointments without at least 24 hours' notice may be forfeited unless due to emergency or prior agreement.

A deadline extension fee will apply to requests for additional time beyond the contracted service window. All fees are subject to change.

2. Personal Training Services (In-Person & Online)

Personal training sessions are non-refundable.

Sessions may be rescheduled at any time within the service contract window.

All sessions must be used before the expiration date outlined in your agreement.

There is a fee to extend the session expiration date, and rates are subject to change.

Clients are encouraged to provide at least 12–24 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules. 

No-shows without communication may result in loss of that session.

3. Digital Services & Products

All digital products and downloadable content (including PDFs, workbooks, courses, and resources) are non-refundable once delivered electronically.

Access to digital services may be subject to expiration dates as stated at the time of purchase.

4. Virtual Sessions (Zoom & Other Platforms)

Clients are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and a private, quiet environment for virtual sessions.

HER Soul Wellness is not responsible for connectivity issues on the client’s end.

If a session is interrupted due to technical issues, every effort will be made to reschedule within the contract period.

Recordings of Zoom sessions (if applicable) will only be shared with the client and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared with others.

5. Health Disclaimer

All coaching and training services provided by HER Soul Wellness are educational and supportive in nature and are not a substitute for licensed medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.

Clients are advised to consult a medical professional before beginning any fitness, nutrition, or mental wellness program.

By participating in any service, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for your health, safety, and well-being.

6. Liability & Consent

By enrolling in any HER Soul Wellness service, you agree to the terms of this policy and release the provider from any liability related to physical injury, emotional distress, or delays in service delivery due to external factors.

Clients may be asked to sign a waiver of liability and informed consent form prior to receiving services.

7. Policy Changes

HER Soul Wellness reserves the right to update this policy at any time. All updates will be communicated via email or posted on our official website.
